cue id help

i have a cue i picked up i need help identifying.. it has ivory points with mop inlays, but has a ton of ivory and mop inlays. my pic of butt was blurry so ill take another when i get home. no weight bolt two shafts, 1 has ivory ferrull.. looks like a 5/16-18 thread piloted steel joint..weird flat bumper abt 1/4' thick same diameter as butt..any info would be grestly appreciated..

My guess of the cue from the overall impression is, an import. One of many types of somewhat low priced but fancy cues you may find in most billiard supplies. The butt cap has the look of a sleeved on cap you find on those low end cues. I would doubt there is any real ivory in that cue. Have you examined it under a loupe or even a magnifying glass? It is amazing what some of those imports can do. I have seen many with decal inlays that could not be detected except with a loupe. The color of the wood that can be seen in the butt cap picture concerns me. Is the butt area above the cap black and matches the points? I would bet it may be done to look like ebony but has been stained or even painted to look like ebony. Best guess, fancy import made to look like a higher end cue. Show some more pictures.
 
I've taken the cue to a local cuemaker and he also confirmed the ivory in the points. Were both unsure of material in butt sleeve. The dark color looks to just be bleed off of stain on forearm and butt sleeve. I'll post more pics soon. Cue hits a ton and I have next to nothing in it.

Macguy has is right - some sort of import. Could be a Filipino cue if it's real bone or ivory, it has that kind of look.

similar cues are on e-bay from time to time.
