McDermott D-19 ???????

First, i understand the value of these cues are over estimated in the BlueBook and McD's website but i understand these are one of the most sought after McD cues and the one the value has gone up the most. My ? is why, is it production numbers? cue itself isnt anything real special (i currently own 3 that i have about 300 invested in all) maybe someone who knows can give me alittle insight

I think that it is just that the Gambler motif is very popular, and the D series of McDermott cues are very popular. The D-19 series are real nice playing cues...they are not over-done, just a classy, dice design.
