The first thing I ask when I play in a bar for the first time: Are we playing call pocket (i.e., BIH) or call shot (i.e, regular bar rules where you have to call all kisses/caroms/rails/etc., no BIH, all fouls are shot from the kitchen, etc. -- and, if so, do you play [by the chicken$hit rule] that you have to call all incidental rails touched)?
