JoeyA making some noise in Louisiana

[Kickin' Chicken]

I haven't seen the winner confirmed yet but I know JoeyA for sure placed at least 3rd in this weekends Louisiana Bar Box 9-ball Championship in Thibadeaux (sp?).

I watched him on the Bigtruck stream Saturday sending Hillbilly Charlie Bryant to the 1 loss side, 7-4, in an impressive win.

Joey made it all the way to the hot-seat match with Cliff Joyner where he experienced his very first loss.

Cliff was shooting like old Cliff, putting on a real nice show.

And to be honest, JoeyA was having some magnificent moments as well. I enjoyed watching our fellow az'er picking nice patterns, great position play, and he even looked real sporty with his jump cue.

I had to go to bed last night before it all ended but where I left off, Joey and Brandon "Sho Nuff" Shuff were set to meet in the semi-final, the winner to come back at Cliff.

Great job JoeyA on your terrific showing this weekend!

Best,
Brian kc

But....

Third is an excellent finish in this tough field....
...but won't it interfere with his commentating?

I mean a man only has so much english....
..shouldn't he save some for the mic?

Good shooting Joey

A little too much info?

Yep, that sounds familiar. I know when I have some of that wholesome delicious cajun cooking, I make some noise as well, but there's unfortunately some olfactory casualties in the surrounding area.

J/K! CONGRATULATIONS JOEYA on a fine, fine tournament performance!
