I recently got an 8ft brunswick furniture grade model. They have no leg levelers just flat bottom. Is there a way of installing them or what is best way to keep table level. The floor it is going on is not level

Rubber shims come in different thicknesses for under the bottom of the leg. Get the
frame as level as you can then level the slates perfectly.
If your unlevel floor moves - fix the floor.
I'm having similar issues, I'm getting a new pool table and was trying to figure out a way to deal with this. My floor isn't level, there are small hills and valleys which would obviously cause problems for something that needs to be perfectly straight.
My findings were this:
Get a pool table that has leg levelers, such as a gold crown. If not, there are shims that sit under the table to fill the space. The last option is to get a Diamond, turns out they have pool tables with internal leg levelers on their furniture tables. Which I thought was awesome as it fixes the problem of leg levelers on a furniture table. However, the cost of delivery and set up tagged on an additional 1000 dollars to the price. Which was a little steep for my blood.
I'm not a mechanic or anything, just a consumer with a similar problem as yours.

Thought fixing the floor was discussed in your case.
If that or a table with levelers isn't an option then leg shims are needed.
In some cases you can shim where the leg attaches to the frame rather then under the feet.
I'm just going to suck it up, and go with shims.
