this has happened to me at least 5 times on AZ my advice, get over it. you didnt want to pay the asking price, but someone else did before payment was sent. i would of prob sold it also for my asking price. just my 2 cents

Edited to add: I sold a $1500 cue one time for $400 because I didn't do my research on it and find out its true vlaue. I still shipped it at that price because I verbally agreed to the deal. You agreed to a price. The only thing pending was the shipping. The deal was done.

I agree w/most that once a deal has been agreed upon, it is done unless the buyer backs out (which would be a bad thing to do). Here would be my solution if that means anything:
If you still have the cue in your pocession, the thing to do to make it right, is to complete your original deal and explain what happened to the 2nd party refunding his money if they paid. That is if the original purchaser still wants it. Mistakes happen, but I think this is the right thing to do and I think we're only talking a $30 difference (or close). It will go a long way for you moving forward.
Hope it all works out, this truly sounds like a miscommunication. I hope that this was the case and you just didn't decide to go w/a higher bid after you struck the deal.
