Stacked leather wrap

I was at the SBE and saw a cue (can't remember who's) that had a stacked leather wrap. It caught my eye. It was exceptionally striking. It was a variegated light and dark brown flat lace about 1/8 wide.

Is there anyone that can tell me where to source that wrap.
