For some reason or another seems like Prewitt cues are losing their value in the market. cues that normally run 5-6k Ive seen go for as low as 3k and are in original condition. Times definitely are tough though. 2-3k prewitts Ive seen go for easily half that...
 
I really dont understand why this veneered fullsplice is not sold yet, being sold less than what plane jane would cost new.

I dont think its fair to speculate that prewitt cues have lost any value. The whole market is down for ALL cues and with the economy the way it is even pool players have to get there priority's in order. There is nothing wrong with prewitt cues or any of the other top 5-10 cuemakers cues. There value is still extremely high its just there are less buyers spending highend dollars like there use to be. Anyone who buys this prewitt would be making a great investment. I dont own a prewitt (wish I did...you take layaway:wink:) but I feel this forsale thread is taking a turn to discussing the value of prewitt cues and that would be terribily unfair. The seller is giving this cue away and if thats what they have to do so be it. I have seen many azer's come on az and say look at this szamboti I just stole on ebay or craigslist or what ever and nobody say there value must be going down.
