In the description, shafts size were stated as 12.75mm and 13mm. What I have here is 12.4mm and 12.45mm.

I asked for full refund and send the cue back to the seller. Seller would not take it back and make a refund. He first offered me $100 as a compromise to keep my mouth shut. What I supposed to get is a Franklin satin SW with 2 straight full shafts. Later he offered me to trade the original straighter shaft with another SW shaft which has a 12.75mm tip size. What a joke? :grin::grin::grin:

It has been over a month after the deal. I should have posted this long ago. I thought that Chris might be a stand up guy and gave him many chances to solve the problem. The fact is I have been wasted all my time dealing with a guy with attitude problem.

What I want to do here is to tell you a true story and warn any AZer who wants to buy anything from Chris. He already has very bad reputation on AZ as you can his red bar and of course there are also other buyers complaining him.

I'm sorry for your problems with him...He sounds like a dirtbag to me.
One mistake I understand...but repeated...and the fact that he refuses to make good with each of you guys is pathetic.

Watch out for this guy...Don't mess with him...He sounds like another Sutton, and Wheat.

I'll bet he's living pretty good at your expense, how pathetic.

Dude, i offered you a partial refund for the shaft size which was $100-150 and when you said that you wanted $300 i said let me see if i can find someone here in Vegas that is willing to part with a shaft. I contacted my friend and she said she has a 12.75mm shaft that she would trade me.

So i contacted you and asked you to send back the shaft and i would send you the one he gives me. you then stated the following...

I do not know if you do not understand or what...I want a extra fuller SW shaft as a compensation, not to trade one of the original shafts.

From this you can obviously see i was trying to make the deal right, however this guys Greed got in the way. At no time should i have to send someone another shaft as an appeasement...

I am still living pretty good even giving some money to Chris. I do not know how it feels when a person has to keep telling lies...you know whom I am talking about.
 
There are no lies, i just copied and pasted your emails in this thread so everyone will know the real truth..

I told you i would replace the shaft as i feel thats fair and i was unaware the ferrule size just like i was unaware of the pin size as you can see earlier in the thread someone asked me to measure it, and i said how with a measuring tape.

I also told you to send the cue back, and that your being unreasonable. you shouldn't asked me for another SW shaft as compensation that's crazy.

And as far as me being a dirtbag, that's real slick sir as i tried to make this right. since that transaction i have sold several beds of cloth, and a few AUTHENTIC Predator cues..

You refused to make a full refund. Do not say that you asked me to send the cue back.

Chris, do not just copy and paste my emails, also yours. If you do not do that, I will do that for you. Then everyone can read the whole story. I will glad to see that happen.

I will replace the other shaft if you send back the smaller tip sized one..

1) The cue was not as described.

2) The buyer is not happy with the cue based on the improper description.

3) The seller should refund all monies to the buyer, including return freight.

It should not cost the buyer a penny for the complications that were created by a misleading or incorrect description.

(SW shafts cost 300.00+, so reasonable corrective measures should apply)

And "Dirtbag" only applies if mutual resolve can not be attained.
At the time of the posts, resolve has not been met, and it appears that you are refusing to offer a full refund, including return freight.
(Sounds just like the way you handled the other JW cue)
And until further notice, you are a DIRTBAG, until you correct both incidents.
If you attain respectable resolve, I'll be happy to retract my description of your personal character/demeanor. Until then, it appears to be appropriate and proper.

Thank you for your comment. Since the seller refused to refund the full amount, I asked for partial refund $300 so I can order a matching full shaft from SW(still it would be only one shaft and not even a Franklin that I supposed to get) or a good condition used SW shaft that he could possibly get from other source. Of course the answer I got was NO.

Chris, you owe me 2 full size straight Franklin shafts. Since you would not take it back, I asked for another SW shaft that I can play with for partial compensation.
 
I Advertised the cue as Used, and with 1 playable shaft the other one has a roll. Your options are this.

Send the cue back for a refund.

Send the straighter of the 2 shafts back and i will replace
The smaller shaft and send you one of the
Size you want.

I repeat am not giving you a 3rd shaft cause I got the
Tip size wrong.

Let me know what you decide to do..

You send me the refund with returned shipping and I will send you the cue. You caused all the troubles, you should fix them.
 
once i receive the cue back, i will send you a cashiers check, in No way and i sending the refund before i have possession of the cue..

In NO WAY I will send you the cue back first. You have already lost trust in this community. Your other option is to do escrow and you pay the fees.

I will not send you the cue back if you neither send me the check first or do escrow. Do not act like that you are doing me a favor. We know you are a dishonest seller.

I'd say you have a stalemate.

You have a buyer who doesn't trust the seller --- give his track record and normal recurring behavior.

You have a seller who...for no reason doesn't trust the buyer to give back a cue that he doesn't want and/or has no use for.

As a person who doesn't have a horse in this race--
--- I'd have to think that the only reasonable option is to use Escrow, and split the fees 50/50...allowing both of you to keep your losses at a minimum, and I still think the seller should pay for the return freight.

Now I know it shouldn't cost the buyer anything...but I think at this point he should cut his losses, before he gets stuck with a cue that he doesn't want.
You are dealing with a greedy person...who is apparently going to hold your money hostage until he makes sure that he doesn't loose a penny within the equation, even though the controversy is completely due to his negligence.

Not a very sound business tactic...but non the less, it what it is.

And I think all who read this post, should heed the writing on the wall.

Good Luck to both of you, I hope reasonable and rational though processes are deployed at all times so that everyone walks away as happy as reasonably can be expected.

This is just my 2 cents...
