? About an Ebay seller

You should probably return it. Their feedback although not great looks good considering the amount of business they do. Their problems seem to be along the line of shipping time, not what they sell. I read a lot of the negs they have and they were all about shipping time or shipping mistakes. They have like 2000 items for sale and making a few mistakes can be expected. It looks like they resolve all problems. What is your reasoning for coming on here and knocking them for no apparent reason before they even have a chance to correct your problem? What is your reason for the belief they sell bad products you will be stuck with?

Why didn't you check his seller rating before you purchased. If there was any doubt then, you should have moved on. Lots of cues and good sellers on EBay.
If you're having issues getting a response from the seller, you can as Ebay for their contact information. Once you're in a transaction with another member, Ebay will give you the seller's name, email and phone number.

I thought 98 percent was ok for the volume of business they do. Almost all complaints say they are slow to respond if they respond at all. I bought a cheap J&J jump break and I figured if I got a bad deal i didn't have much tied up in it.
