Bob Strange becomes member of The Carom Club

For those that have been around the 3c/pool world for many moons, we are delighted to have Bob Strange sign up as a member of our private carom club. I will post a picture of Bob in the near future. I know many of you old timers and semi-old timers remember Bob and the true gentleman he was and is.

I finally have you on record so you can't make up some lame excuse not to come to our next tournament.

Regarding Gary...you don't have to splain that one to me. I play him every week. When I'm shooting with my ball NOT on the rail or I don't have to create so low percentage reverse ticky umbrella thingy, I feel like I won the lotto.

By the way, just cause you're good friends with the new president of the USBA gives you no special privileges.

Oh My God. I haven't heard Bob Strange's name in a long time. Please see if he remembers me from Cushion n Cue days in Oak Park in the early-mid 70's and say hi for me. You are right, there was never a finer gentleman in the game, and there where many. Glad he's still playing.
