I was wondering why NYcustomcues wasn't on here defending himself.

This needs to also be reported to Mr. Wilson too.

Chris

Edit - I reported it. NYcustomcues is red bombed.

I knew I wasn't completely addled!! I just knew there was something so familiar about this...J Forney rears his scamming head again!

Put word out here on the forums for the other members he has scammed...then you all need to work together contacting the authorities and he will likely go bye bye.

Happened to this guy when he scammed a bunch of people here and on eBay:

You should do some search on the forum on this name ...

I'm wondering if he did scam enough people here that we can list the people and go to the police with it.

I'm thinking sworn statements from members mailed to his local DA.

I just want to say thanks again for everyone that listened to me and back me up and gave me a good word on this thread, but for those who question me and said there was no way the seller was scamming me.... Well no hard feeling but realize a scam is only one way scammers take money not give it, unless there is a garrenteed payout I.E insurance. the only thing a scam artist gambles on is getting caught...

Looks like some people need to apologize and stop calling postal workers thieves. When ever something goes missing they come on here and act like they know exactely what happen.

Wrong, it was assumed the Seller was on the up and up.

God bless the USPS...and good luck using them to ship expensive things.

I prefer DHL, Fedex, UPS

That sucks. I am almost positive that the post office would never accept a package with the lid missing and no item....so you can rest assure that the seller did not screw you over by not sending a cue. The USPS are the ones who lost or stole the cue. Sucks that it was not insured. I once had a label and a piece of cardboard arrive at my house. I was suppose to be receiving a cue. There was a letter included, and I called and left a message. I am still waiting for a call back, and it has only been about a year.:( Nice customer service when they are at fault. As far as him not communicating with you now, I cannot really speak for that. Hopefully everything works out for both parties involved.

....lost or STOLE the cue

How can NYCustomcues know if you did or did not receive the cue? You could be trying to pull a fast one. I agree that the postal service would not accept and ship a parcel that had nothing in it and no lid on it. You're laying blame on NYCustomcues, but do you think that they are inexperienced in shipping their product?
No, something happened between the time the post office accepted the cue and when you took it from beside your door. Totally the postal service's fault. No fault of NYCustomcues.

here's another one

Yeah its alot easier to assume the seller is on the up and up and the postal worker is the crook when 99.9999 percent of the time its the other way around:smile:

His note said the package was cut open. How in the World would that happen?

Glad you thought to check the postage... Sorry for doubting you... just hard to believe that the USPS would have taken a package missing the lid...... I would definitely contact the postmaster general's office now since the loser has now perpetrated mail fraud and that's federal baby!!!!

The first post says the seller says the lid was on when they left it (lied) but the buyer says it had no lid when left at his door. Sounds like jeff F just put the tube with no tape on the lid just to have an excuse that it had a lid but he knew it would never stay on the whole way. Cant find the post about cut open

Something is strange with the whole thread.

I made some assumptions.

I will be sure to aviod commenting further.
