How do you feel about Craftmaster tables?

I got a little amusement out of this. Here I am being super picky about a table and this is what I played on regularly in Iraq for a year. Look at the leg on that thing! To be honest I never really noticed. We were very fortunate to have a rec center that nice in the middle of the desert.

You are allowed to be picky when it comes out of your pocket.
Nice rec room. Thanks for serving.

Holy cow!...a rec room on a base with a TILE floor...in the middle of the desert? I'll say you were lucky to have that. Now about that table for YOUR rec room...

No kidding, we were VERY lucky to have such a nice facility. My buddy deployed during the same time and he was living out of an old soccer stadium. We were a small unit with only a couple others on this base. Food was great too! Spent the majority of my off-time playing pool in the wonderful air conditioning and I'm still a mediocre player lol

Anyway, back to Craigslist :)

Oh, and your tax dollars are much appreciated by the soldiers! haha I've been out for about a year now though.

Came across a Medalist for $500. I have played on the 9ft ones and like them. Do these even come in 8ft? Maybe he didn't read my wanted ad correctly.

Not sure if it requires any work.

"I bought it from the owner of a pool hall that was in Margate called Breakers. My friend who showed me how to shoot pool said the pockets where shimmed and the felt is fast. Unfortunatley I was only able to setup the table once for three months and had to take it down to move, again, thanks to divorce. I've done moved too many times and I am really tired of moving it from place to place and not being able to set it up. I paid $1000 for it. I really don't want to, but I will sacrifice for 500"

They come in 8 ft same as the gold crown does. I think they are great solid tables.
