Thanks guys. Lol. Trust me I am in no hole. I still continue to do business just fine everyday. I have had as much support through out this as haters.
For the record Rex is the only one I've ever owed a refund. And it has always been the same. He would get his refund when his cue sells. That's the consequence he has for canceling his order. I tried to talk him out of it but that's what he wanted. My policy has always been the same. I have posted it many times. Refund when cue sells less the difference.
I have said it already. I did handle myself poorly. I apologize a great deal. That I am guilty of. So I am sorry. However I was backed into a corner being called a thief when it never was my intention to rip anyone off. I fell behind. Bottom line. And I have always said I will make everyone happy it will just take time. That's the best I can do.

Ralf I had many deals with Tommy. I even met him in person like 4-5 years ago at sbe. I bought a engles case from him actually. I will say the he was in his big rig. The pics of Sam did look like him.
The members here do tend to jump the gun quite often. I used to had a direct number to him and would call and email him all the time with no problems. Anyways hope all gets worked out either way. I don't like seeing anyone get ripped off.
