I wonder if there is anyone out there who remembers the old pool hall in Dallas from the 70's it's name was EJ's pool hall, 1204 S. Buckner Blvd. An old man named Willie ran it. A fellow named Big Ed worked there. I frequented the establishment along with Steve Hines, Junior "Slipstroke", Adam, Big Wayne 400 lbs if he was an ounce, Johnny Walker- he actually had red hair which of course earned him the monicer "Red". The place had 2 rows of 9' Saunier-Wilhelm tables.
I left many years ago & I wonder what happened to the place & the players who frequented the establishment. There was one guy I can't remember his name, he was a steel hanger, while he was consistently running out racks of 9 ball he was always complaining about having to play "Run out artist"
Anyway just indulging another bout of old farts nostalgia.
If some of you folks could update me I would be much oblidged.
