I had no problem with giving you may name and email address to receive more information. The email delete button is used for unwanted spam or email.

Not to look a gift horse in the mouth but the link takes me to a subscription ad...which when closed doesn't have a link to the pdf.

So I have to subscribe to the email/newsletter to get the pdf?

Yes you have to subscribe, after confirming you should be taken to a download page, plus the download link will be in the thank you email you receive.

You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter if you want, or stay on as long as you like. I'll be giving free lessons and whatever I find valuable to your game... as well as product announcements and specials exclusive to subscribers, but all that is usually only in the PS section of the blog post I link to in the emails...

I'm not charging any money for it, that's free my friend.

Plus the newsletter is designed to help your pool game and is free too, and like I said, you can easily unsubscribe if you choose. No refund because its free.

Even my paid products are very inexpensive for all the top quality info you receive. 99% of my customers have been VERY happy with my products and how they have learned and improved.

But again, the pdf is free, and valuable, and that is my continued goal with the free newsletter.
