8 hours of driving time one way.
16 hours 1120 miles. 37 gallons of gas. $120 for gas.
No entry fee. NICE........
$40 of quarters to cash. More if you go deep.
$50 a night for a room. Would have to get up mighty early to make the 11:00 starting time on Friday morning. Better have a room for thurs, fri sat and sun. Long drive back on Monday but at least I'd be rested. $200 for hotel.
Two weeks to convince the old lady that this is a must-do tournament. Getting harder and harder. Must come up with a new sales plan.
Food: you have to eat wherever you are.
$600 should cover this trip and that's running solo, cheaper with a road dawg.
Have to go deep to make that dust. Oh, I forgot about a Calcutta. I'll go for minimum bid because I have gotten old and my back is killing me. Not to worry. Any fool who would pay more than the $20 minimum Calcutta bid on me would be crazy.
hmmmmmm. Am I missing anything?
9 Ball main event starts on Saturday Joey! 22 tables!!!
Get there Friday for the $200 added mini tournament!!
Ray
What is the race to?
What are your and my handicaps since we play similarly?
Didn't you beat me 10 ahead in about an hour?
I have no idea how the handicapping will unfold. I know, with Danny & Evelyn involved, every effort will be made to make it fair.
Ray
We were drunk Ray and it could have gone either way.![]()
