Somebody out there has a better Google than me... I know it. I've been looking at different pool themed items for my basement. I don't want a bunch of corny made-to-look-old signs... some decent posters of better known players would be nice. One image in particular that I think would make an excellent decoration is the young, black haired Mosconi looking down a cue. It's just a cool picture to me. There are numerous small trading card sized items... I haven't found a clean image that could feasibly be enlarged and printed. I don't need museum quality... just the same quality as, say, a band poster from WalMart. This page has an example of the image I'm looking for.

You can contact a fellow AZ'er on here named Fast Lenny. He might have what you are looking for. He was selling pictures on here last week if I remember correctly.

That site, while it does have numerous good posters, does not have the particular one I was after. I looked again just to make sure :thumbup:

Thanks just the same! This one's going to be tough I think... not too much market for pool player posters, I bet

That's the one... now put it on my wall!

I think if I could track down a large enough image, one of the do it yourself sites (Zazzle, Snapfish maybe) would let me turn it into a poster. I just don't want it to have 16 magnified pixels... but I guess I could call it "Abstract Mosconi" and overcharge for it

Where I live there are hundreds of artists that specialize in reproducing images as paintings. They could easily do this for you on canvas for anywhere from $80-$200 depending on size I think. If you are interested in exploring this option my email is jb@jbideas.com
