Hi fellow AZer's, I was cleaning out the garage and came across about 6 boxes of left over supplies...I have tons of stuff that I'll probably not use anymore....I figured the best way to do this is just post some pics to photobucket and share the link. I would like to sell it all at once, trade it for a cue...but if i comes to it I guess I could piece it out.....anyhoot thanks for looking....

Sold....

Hi, everyone...That was an adventure to say the least...I haven't really posted anything like that for sale or trade in this section before....and I learned a few things...first off I should have posted a relative dollar amount and supply list of the items....for that I apologize. I hope I haven't offended anyone. I have sold all the items at once. I will have more items listed on here soon as I am finding more and more stuff. Again, I would like to thank everyone for looking and the offers. And I am open to suggestions from anyone as to the proper etiquette when selling items here.

Thanks again, Gary

I think that this section is going to have to adapt some new rules such as all items for sale must carry a price. Too much wasted time with people that don't know what they have can't grade things and have no idea what they want to do. Except conduct an auction of course. My humble opinion :) Hopefully this will help you.

I believe you're right Mario. No disrespect to Rae because this is in his thread.

A lot more items for sale lately and a lot of misunderstandings along with it.
A Sticky with rules of engagement is in order.

Also, many people scratching their heads and wondering WTF after a sale.

For example. Whoever PMs me first. How can you prove who PMed you first? That is, without pasting all of the PMs. In which they are never willing to do.
This leaves the door open for favoritism and higher bids. This is exactly what a couple of sellers do and want to happen.

State a price and who ever is lucky enuff to be the first poster to say, "I'll take it," its his.

I second all that. They want you to tell them what its worth and don't even have the courtesy to reply back to your offers/questions.

...........

......Well, apparently I offended many of you by not responding to your Pm's in a timely manner, didn't post how much I though the items were worth and conducted this entire process incorrectly...for that I apologize ONCE again, My intent was not to hold an "auction" or "waste anyone's time"...however I said in my original post that I was looking for a trade and/or offer. I tried to work out a deal with the first person whom did reply with a cue trade offer...that took some time.. it didn't work out and by that time my PM box was full....maybe I should have posted "deal pending"..maybe that would have been the right thing to do, however I am new to this type of listing and I agree if something was posted I would have followed that protocol... For those who posted with the "constructive criticism" it was and is appreciated.
I learned from my mistake(s) and will post prices and try to be more clear as to my intentions in future posts.

Thanks again, Gary

No one was ragging on you specifically Gary.
In a perfect world, everything would be perfect.

People are just saying that if there were a guide to offering items for sale in this forum, it might save confusion in the future.

Nothing wrong with asking for offers or a trade for an item. I think most folks like to see a set price and they can decide if that suits them.
