For about 4 years I shot with a 60" cue because as I developed arthrities I can't get up on the table in strange positions anymore (not in bed either). I'm only 5' 6" and have short arms (got me out of boxing quickly). I just don't see a lot of shots right with the bridge and my speed is almost always off when I use the bridge.
About a year or more ago I bought a Cuetec R-360 and a Cuetec 6" extention for it. I started leaving it on after a shot until I finished the rack. The more I shot with it on the more I felt I shot better. I've been playing with it on (64" cue) for about 6 months and will never go back to a shorter cue.
If you have a cue that has a good extention that was made for it, try it out. I'm sure it's not for many, but it can be just right for some. Johnnyt
