I am looking for a entery level or beginner cue lathe. Not sure exactly what to call it or refer to it as, but I am looking for a good used or new inexpensive entry level cue lathe. I am only looking to do tip replacements, tenon repair/replacements, shaft cleaning, shaft tapering, etc...

I am NOT looking to get into cue building or doing any kind of inlay work, no wraps, just very basic cue maintenance such as the repairs listed above.

If anyone has anything available, please respond here or send me a PM would be even better. Thanks in advance for any help and considerations.

I'm not sure of your budget, but this is one of the best deals on here. http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=190562
I don't think it will retaper shafts since you will need a router and taper bar attachment, but you're probably looking at spending more money to go that route.

If you looking for a cheaper price, I upgraded my cue lathe and will probably be selling the headstock with three jaw chuck, motor, belt, foot pedal, and wooden steady rests in a week or two. That being said, you would still need to buy the dovetail bed, tool post with slide and bits, tailstock, and collets to have a full setup, but you could buy those on here or via Taig/eBay. I'm also in Duluth, GA, so if you're in the area, you can see how I setup my lathe and see exactly what I'm selling. PM me if your interested.
