Table speed

5 times back and forth the length of the table, and 9 rails around gives you an idea as to the flow of the table. More or less is an indiacation of to fast, or to slow.

Rubber name Confusing

I just put rails on my GC3 that Donny from SD billiards built for me with artemis k66 intercontinental rubber and I used 860hr cloth. It's not like the ice level on super mario bros.

I think you meant to say "Intercontinental No. 66 "although
This rubber has K55 profile
not K66

VERY CONFUSING

Pretty much the same results with any kind of worsted woolen cloth. Balls coming off the cushions banking decay so much % per bank, faster cloth just means the balls in the open playing surface get to the next bank faster, but it's the same % decay in speed per bank, so by the time the cue ball travels back and forth the length of the table 5 times, you might get a little less, or a little more than the 5 banks, but the results are pretty much the same. If you can't quite make it 5 rails back and forth, you won't quite get 9 rails either. But if you can make it 5 and a hair more, then you'll get 9 and a hair more...that's controlled by the speed of the cloth...but in any case, the rails are going to slow down the same % per bank regardless of the type of cloth.

Beggers can't be choosers. I was lucky to get this house you should have seen the look I got when I told the lady I wanted a room big enough for a Pool table.
The view makes up for the prison feel.
