Lastest Cue from Manwon at Full Splice Billiards

Here is a simple cue I just completed for a customer, I turned this from a 1.75 thirty inch dowel of Zebra Wood. I started turning this dowel in 2007, and finish the final turn last November. The cue partially cored for reinforcement at the cues joint. The core extends fifteen inches from the joint, and the core and an extra long 3/8-10 pin (5 inch) allowed me to control the balance point of this cue by adding extra weight where it was needed for a finished weight of 18.5 oz.

The customer will see the finished product later to night, I hope they are as happy with the results as I am.

Thanks Rusty, you have also been mighty busy yourself lately. I really really like the direction you have taken with your cases, we are going to have to talk about a new case for me, hell maybe you would like a special one of cue. I am pretty broke so maybe we could work some kind of trade!!!:grin:

Oh and by the way, I never thought this would happen but I may be coming back to Missouri to take care of something. If I get back there I would really like to stop out your way and see your shop. I would also like to stop out say Howdee to Paul Heubler, I hope he is in good health.
