Just finished this breaker for Christie in Georgia. The curly Purple Heart billet is one piece from the forearm to the threaded butt cap. The Olive wood handle sleeve is from Africa. Olive wood is easy to work with a smells like olives when cut. It is fairly stable but needs to be well seasoned and cored. The shaft is also cut from curly PH and has a Euro taper, G-10 ferrule and Samsara JB tip.

Churning out nice stuff there Bob..i still have my Ebony and PH Full Splice and loving it. Just curious, how does this construction compare to the one i have in hand?

Great job using the same piece of wood for all the sections...you can really see how the GREAT grain in the wood lines up really well in the different sections! I like the two differing color choices in the woods...it really makes this cues aesthetics "pop"! Very sweet!

Hi Jive: The differences are slight but I think the full splice has more "heft" because of all the ebony while the PH billet construction has more "spring" due to the PH being in suspension.

Glad to hear your still liking your breaker.
