Break Cue Shaft/Tip?

I want to use a heavy DP butt,radial pin, and want to get a recommendation for a good shaft/tip combination to make it a great break cue. Any suggestions?

Try a chilton diamond wood shaft, dont know if he will do a radial pin joint or noy but I have his cue and it breaks awesome jumps even better. Tell him sawyer sent you if not try a samsara Iv heard gr8 things

Purple heart shaft, G-10 ferrule & Samsara tip.
 
Original shaft with one of my custom---leather/G-10 tip combination tip.

G-10 in the very center for power break hitting

around the center of the cue ball

with a Triangle tip around it for English.:thumbup:



Haven't made one lately but been thinking about going into production again.

Very Good! I see you made the G-10 nice and long so you don't shorten the length of the shaft too. :thumbup:

Yes I used to make these except I used the black G-10 material. They really last a long time.

Made one for a friend of mine and he's been using it for 3 years now and it is still breaking great. I think I use just a slightly smaller drill to drill the leather tip. I used Triangle tips.:smile:

I was hoping I wouldn't be confusing anyone...LOL.
