The "V" grip, searching for a better explanation

Bird of Prey......really.....

A great ability is to speak *the players language*- this is the most critical point if you re trying to *reach the student*. And here Lee found some explanations to describe some things in well chosen words.
Lee is a serious guy and he knows that has not developed something really new- but he can put things together and bring out the important points really excellent!

Good job Lee, keep doing your best pal :-)

I know you mean well Ingo and I know you're a good guy but I have to ask you about your statement about "nothing new". In what book or what video does ANYONE talk about Lee's aiming technique for straight in shots that Lee elaborates on his video? There are other things that are in his video that I haven't seen or heard elsewhere but I don't want to glum up an othewise positive post on Coach Lee Brett's video.

And I agree with you Coach Lee Brett has a way with words.

Ok- trying to use *more correct words*. Maybe i ve choosen a bit *unlucky words*. His book is great-the dvd is also made really nice.
And i said that already several times.

I just tried to say, that Lee was able to make some things very clear in his book and also on the DVD on stuff, where other ppl tried to explain- but may have choosen another type of description (but not successfully).
Hope it s now a bit clearer.

Ingo, copied from your signature.

This is what Lee does and then some.

I just watched the whole video and will not, repeat, will not share it with any players in my area. Going to the pool room in the morning at 8 so I can work on what I watched Lee do with out being bothered. I have seen a ton of videos on pool and Lee's is by far the best. I have a few others that have been real helpful, but Lee's is better.

I'm always sceptical (spell check doesn't like that spelling) about stroking methods. This and that, countered with specifically NOT this and that - DNR thread with any sincerity. The video though gets right to the point and FWIW, besides showing wtf the V is, mostly nails what I do. Ish...

So Straightline seal of approval, BFD yada yada.

My premise on going through the ball is you spent what, 200 out to infinity dollars on the stick ?
It does what all the contortions you suffered learning, by default. Let it do the work.
