gc3 cushion bounce

I have gc3 and the cushions are really starting to ping. It doesn't happen on all shots but usually more noticeable in slow to medium pace shots, the ball will appear almost to come off the cushion quicker than it goes on. I have noticed that it does get worse when the balls get a little dirty. I have checked the height of the cushion nose and it is at 1 7/16. Can anyone suggest a possible fix for this?
 
It shouldn't be but I will give the whole table a good clean tonight. The cloth is a simonis 760 and has been on for about 2years, I am the only person to play on the table and probably average about 2-3hrs a week over that time period. Is there anything else that could be causing the big bounces?
 
Balls come off the rail quicker or is it the noise or both?

It took a lot of work to get my GC to have the balls come off quicker.

cushions counld be coming unglued, dropping a little bit.
