Anybody knows the ANGLE that comes on the face of the SUBRAILS that
accept the original MONARCH CUSHIONS on the old SPORT KING TABLES ?

I am not aware of anyone reproducing cushions to the original Monarch specs.

If your cushions need to be replaced the subrail will have to be calibrated to accept a modern cushion profile.

Let me try and be more specific.
What is the original angle that Brunswick used on the Subrails when they
manufactured the Sport King Tables?

Easiest way is pull a cushion and measure the angle.
The last antique Bwick where I had to recut the subrail angle to use
modern K55 was cutting it to either 20 or 21 degrees so I would suppose
that is the angle you should have.
