Suggestion: new forum category

If every topic gets its own forum what's the point of having the main forum? I see the additional forums as a way to segregate into smaller and smaller groups. Is that a good thing. Personally I feel we have too many stickies and too many forums. There's just too many things to keep up with as it is. It will be interesting to see what the others think would be best. I am respectfully disagreeing on this suggestion.

Subforums
There are more than enough subforums now, and I really doubt if 4-5 of them ever get used. Home rooms doesn't need its own forum, IMO.
As someone who used to develop menu type formats in mainframe systems, if you fractionalize it too much, you lose efficiency and effectiveness of the system.

They added an aiming forum cause those guys were taking over the main forum entirely.
When that happens with your topic then you can get one too.

I agree, let's create the "Home Room" subfoum and move the 1 thread dealing with home rooms there ASAP.

Moral of the story: when your topic gets annoying enough, you too can have your own sub-forum
