I will try to come meet and greet on Sunday or Monday... only about a 3.5 hour hike.
Does the ladies event start on Sunday?

Can a player have a +1 guest or everyone that doesn't play have to pay to get in?
Good morning folks.
There have been a couple of questions concerning entry and what you can wear to this year’s event. I saw one post that stated that we don’t allow guest… unless they pay $25.00. Please remember that to keep the facility in the best of shape we have to make money. This is our “Super Bowl” of sorts and we must do everything we can to recover the cost of putting on such an event.
The cost to get in is either $10.00 per day or a 3 day pass is $25.00. We know the economy is not the greatest in the world and we do try and keep our prices low.. But, the bottom line is we have to make money. Those that have been to the club know that we do not gouge any of our
guests. Bob is a pool player first and understands the struggles of this sport.
What to wear: Men and Women… The facility will be nice and cool. We have spent a lot of money making sure our A/C units are operation at peak efficiency however like last year we are bringing in 4 additional units that will definitely keep the room cool and pleasant.
You must wear long pants, collared shirts. No open toe sandals. If you wish to not wear a collared shirt you are allowed to wear this year’s 39th Annual Texas Open T-Shirt. Of course this is what we hope everyone will do. Not only will it show solidarity throughout the club via support for our event and sport but it will also help us pay for the cost of putting on this event.
We do everything we can to make our guest as comfortable as we can while keeping our prices palatable to all.
Thank you all for your support.
Bob
What time and date does play actually start. Thanks garett
That was most likely back some years ago during the G Cue days. Since Bob became the owner of the Texas Open we have charged to get in.
Lewis, speaking of your last post I cant wait to see Rogers face when you tell the story during the players meeting.
Oh, ya'll dont forget to check in and get your 39th Annual Texas Open T-Shirt asap when you get there. 1 for $20 and 2 for $35. Flex Fit caps on sale for $20 as well.
We will also open back up Paypal either during or right after the Open for everyone to get an early start for our 40th Annual event. Looks like its gonna bust through the roof next year
See ya'll at the Open
Bob
i really look forward to seeing Roger as we had some good times.Roger, al (RIP) hung around some and always had fun.
Al always said that Roger pocketed balls as well as any living human!
Ijust hope (and pray) he hasn't lost his sense of humor. LOL
