poor azbilliards search engine

guys do you agree that search is quite bad of az?
it doesnt search a part of thread say or word.
whats your opinion.

The best way to not only search this forum, but most of its kind is to use a google search with the word "site:" (minus the quotes) in front of the name of the site, followed by a space and the item you want to search for.

For example, if one wanted to search for the word 'cues' on this forum then you would type the following into your google search:

site:forums.azbilliards.com cues

The search engine here is the worst I have ever seen.

It's typical of vbulletin sites and therefore no where near the worst I've ever seen. The most annoying sites to search on are those of communities that tend to have abbreviations for everything they ever use and therefore you're trying to search for 3 or 4 letter phrases that aren't long enough to get past the spam filters in the search engine.
