Scumbags are everywhere bud, we've talked about this.... What we don;t have is power to eradicate them. But they can always be locked up in a 12 feet room for a couple of years.
I'll say this idiot should be banned forever if he had the stupidity to screw up somebody for a stupid Iphone 4!!!!!!

I am really really sorry buddy. It's a stinky s``t that happens so often lately around here....

I really appreciate this post! I am new here (Ive actually been Reading on AZ for a while just never registered???) and I recently did a search about a cue (M801) just to see if there was ever any interest in trades/wanted as I was thinking about trading it for another cue or selling it and came across a post by "mzbhavnhrl" that stated they were looking for one for a while. It was a post from quite a while back but I figured what the heck and contacted him about the cue, I did get a response stating he was definately interested in the cue but nothing had progressed from that point. Now Im thankful I didnt as I could have been in the same situation. I know its not a high end cue but a bad deal is a bad deal. Being a newbie to AZ I have not posted any items as Im thinking I would not get any response due to hardly any posts and 0 transactions....this being said Im also thinking if I had worked with this person and had a Bad transaction it would have been easy to pass a "Bad Deal" on to the newbie. :( Thanks again as I may have dealt with them otherwise!
 
Why would you choose to do a deal with him in the first place? He had a negative itrader calling him a thief from 9-27-11. His thread that you posted was after that 11-17-12.

we had a deal on 2 cues for 1 cue and iPhone...

we shipped same time with Track number...

i received the cue but not the iPhone...

thats why I'm posting this information....

i dont want another AZER to get a BAD DEAL ...

its enough that he is doing this to me.... dot want the same to happen to another AZER.... if you know what i mean....

There has been a few "bad deals" with Brian Kozy aka cSj0Ss, BB Kozy, and mzbhavnrl...that is cSj0Ss with a zero.
I have posted this a few times, but here is a link to my bad deal with Brian.
I did eventually get my cue back, but I don't trust him and recommend that people do a search for Brian Kozy before they deal with him.

Is there a safe way to trade?

The only way to trade safely with a stranger, i.e. anyone youve never met, is use a third party as an escrow. If somebody was willing to mail to me first I would do that, but simultaneous mailing...no way.
Problem is when you seek a trade, the scammers will answer your request.

if i am not mistaken... this mzbhavnhrl character was already in the red a year or two ago....

I'm confused also..mzbhavnhrl has been painted with red rep, smobras gave him a negative i-trader on 9-27-2011 as Spimp mentioned, and there's a couple of threads out there warning everybody about mzbhavnhrl..Why engage with the guy when all the warning signs were there?? I hate to see these threads, and hope your made whole..
 
Sorry to hear this. I've only had a couple of bad deals here - it's a heckuva lot more pleasant than ebay.

BTW - anyone hear of a guy who goes by 'vintagecuesforyou' ? He was so unpleasant to deal with that I actually cancelled his bids and blocked him.
 
same guy tried to get over on me but i smelled the sh*t from a mile away so to say and sent his offers a packin'

What a shame. Cleiton is a great guy. I told him my end wouldn't be able to completely finalize for a month afterwards and he didn't care. You just don't find people like him. This kind of shit pisses me off.
