Original 75' Gus Szamboti with three shafts (2 original, 1 Barry). The veneers are black, black, natural, natural. The rings are the small maple box style. The butt and points are ebony, the forearm is maple and the joint is 5/16 14 SS.

This cue has not been refinished and is in original condition. The finish is missing in places from age.

The cue comes with three Szamboti shafts. The two Gus shafts have original tips and one is unplayed. These two shafts have micarta ferrules. The Barry shaft has an ivory ferrule with matching ringwork. As a side note, Barry still has the extra rings on a stick in his father's drawer.

This is about as cool old school and rare as it gets. Keep in mind that Gus was still perfecting his point work at this time in history and you can see a few small gaps and inperfections in the point work. Super neat piece of history that I was fortunate enough to hold in my hands.

sold......Thanks
(502)969-2222 for more details

I will get pictures and specs posted as soon as I can. This is NOT my cue and I am posting this for a friend. I will provide the contact information to serious buyers. Cue has papers from Barry.

After reading the thread title and thinking of our friend Earl, even I wondered about a seventy five foot cue. Even if it was a misprint at seventy five inches, wow!!! Earl's going to like it :p:rolleyes:. Guess you really meant 1975 construction ('75)?

Lyn

I'm kidding you know. It's snowing at an inch an hour here and will do so for the rest of the day! Nothing better to do ;).
