I found this stick at a thrift store. I doubt it is worth anything. Just wondering if anybody can tell me anything about it. It Says PROFESSIONAL on the butt. Sorry about the picture quality.

Could it be a Palmer? Did he not make cues with custom sayings in the plastic?

Not a Palmer

I don't believe this is a Palmer as none of the parts appear to be even similar to those used on any Palmers. The foil is different as-is the font which was used on any of the Palmer cues.

Its as if this cue is trying to be a Palmer. Were there any imitation brands? It feels a little cheap to be a nice brand like Palmer. The plastic seems crappy and the grip is nylon. I didn't keep the shaft so I can't comment on it. It did not have any distinguishing marks on it.

Might be full splice though. Could do something with it as a blank maybe....but not worth much.

I had a feeling it was an import cue mean't to imitate a Palmer type stick. I like the feel of it and may clean it up and buy a shaft for it.
