It's Borque I believe. Very nice cues!

Jay was right on the last name as usual, his first name was Doug, and he was from around Sandusky ,Ohio. I bought one from Joe B. in the 90's. It was my everyday player until Richard Harris made me a bacote sneaky pete.The Bourque was a fine player but not as nice as the BlueGrass s/p in my opinion.

Ray Borque was one of the best NHL defencemen of all time. Played for Boston and Colorado. Still holds the record for most points, goals and assists for a defencemen in NHL history.

I got one of them, but not sure if I need to get a Predator shaft for it, seems to deflect over the post a lot.
