You put a glove on for the break and then take it off straight afterwards?

Also, how are you finding the Predator chalk? I was thinking about getting some.

Confuses the bejesus out of people at tournaments. :D

Tried using it during the game at first, but after a few days I realised that I was less able to measure pace. Seems to be much better to just clean and Q-Wiz my cue very regularly, that way the shaft still feels super-smooth but I don't lose my touch.

Glove is handy (no pun intended) on the break though. I don't have a particularly strong break, so every bit of friction I can eliminate goes to help there.

Love it. The only trouble is though, if you forget it one day or you use it up before ordering more, you can end up sharking yourself by going back to your old chalk and having a nagging doubt that your game will suffer as a result.

Haha, I can imagine.

I play with a glove and when I don't use it I only really miss it when breaking, particularly when playing 10 ball as I'm not breaking from the rail like in 9 ball. I just bit the bullet and went with using one for all shots. I adjusted pretty quickly. Although, to be fair, the club I play in has the heating on full blast almost all of the time, so the glove becomes almost necessary for me.

Sounds good. I don't know anyone who's currently using it so I'll give it a try.

The glove... I used to use powder, but have seen so much "abuse" of powder that I went to the glove instead. I don't use it all the time. Only when I'm somewhere that's really humid. I tend to sweat a lot of it's hot or humid... more than average, and the glove helps without making a mess on the table.

this is funny, I wasnt sure if it was still online, I was beyond sleepy when we shot this at 3am, I had been up for ever. I changed cases-bsck to my 20 some year old Porper, cues are the same as well as everything else.
