This is the piece that I picked myself.

The cue will have a bubinga handle with a leather wrap, still to be determined. Butt configuration: white juma hoppe ring, black phenolic cap.

This pic shows the ring work [low right corner] on the joint and shaft: Black linen phenolic with silver bell/dot inlays.

I'm very excited about this project, looks like Christmas will be in Aug. for me this year :) :smile:

All the pieces are there for a beautiful cue. I would like to suggest a violin brown elephant wrap especially with the black phenolic. Here are some pics of the wrap on a Brazilian Rosewood Tucker.
