The Ultimate 10 Ball Championship's website is up and running. PLAYERS CAN REGISTER NOW, ONLINE! The Women's event is already half full.

I was sorry to hear about the Norway World Pool Championship cancellation which was just a few days prior to the (Ultimate 10 Ball Championship), I hope we will see a lot of the European talent show up at this MAJOR EVENT.

The Men's event has $50,000.00 added money plus the entry fee purse.

The Women's event has $25,000.00 added money plus the entry fee purse.

This is going to be a GREAT EVENT. At the end of this event, AT THE SAME LOCATION, players can then play in the Southern Classic and win even more money. ONE FLIGHT=TWO MAJOR TOURNAMENTS.

Talk about having your cake and eat it too.

If I am not mistaken a 15 year old young man has signed up to compete in this event.
 
I was just thinking that if anyone was ever going to sponsor a pool player, this event should be one of them.

BIG MONEY!.
 
I watched a very young kid, I don't know if people where saying he was 13 or 15 years old at the SBE a few weeks ago. This kid had Dennis Hatch on the ropes. Dennis some how won the set but let me tell you Dennis was beat. I wonder if this is the same kid your talking about. I think the kid told me his name was Surgio from Ohio.

You will be able to watch both stream tables at the same time!! You can toggle between one or the other also on the same page.

The LIVE scoring will be a popout window this year. This makes it possible to watch the stream full screen AND have the live scoring on a seperate monitor or device.

This years event will be bigger and better with many really cool features.

EVERYONE is welcome and should join in for the biggest event of the year!! The promoter of this event, Badi Nazhat, is going all out this year. The theme is Unity in the Industry. Won't you join us online or in person for what is sure to be one of the BEST events of the year.

I"m pleased to see Vicki Paski (née Frechen) in the ladies draw.
Vicki and Joe Farhat (of the Velvet Rail in Lansing MI) were the two that
had the dream of the WPBA.

I'm not sure if that is the same young man but if it isn't, maybe there is a resurgence of pool taking place that we just aren't aware of. :smile: Thanks for the heads-up about Surgio. I'll keep a lookout for him in future years.

The women seem to have gone full speed ahead with registering for the tournament while the men are starting to file in.

It's going to be a great tournament for the men and women for sure.

I don't see how the International players, especially those from Europe, won't be making a mad dash over here. Two BIG MONEY tournaments at the same location, back-to-back, for the price of one plane ticket is very thrifty.

Another thing that the men players SHOULD BE thinking about is that the sooner they register and PAY, the sooner fans, sponsors and promoters start seeing their name bandied about.

The old saying, "Out of sight, out of mind." is still true today.

I know if I were playing in this MAJOR EVENT, I would want my fans and prospective sponsors seeing my name at the top of this formidable list.

a VERY INTERESTING piece of information: Approximately half of the confirmed men players for the men's event are from other countries besides the USA. :grin:

Or maybe JoeyA could have put in his first post the link;) He did after all title the thread "WEBSITE" but put no information on how to reach that website. Even though fancy colors and fonts were in his first post, the most important thing was missing.
