Schmelke JB00 break cue with purpleheart shaft

Just want to ask around, has anyone used this cue as I tried to search around and there is absolutely no reviews about it.

It should break like a hammer .. them make some good cues, alot of cuemakers to the day use the blanks and charge much more . for the price you can't go wrong ..

I was just looking at the Schmelke JB00 and found this old thread. Anybody had any experience with this or any of their other break cues. They're all made in America, right? This one seems like a good build with the purple heart shaft, Uni-loc joint, hard leather tip for a hard-hitting break cue and fairly inexpensive at $160.

About 10 years ago I bought a cue similar to this one..It was Cocobolo but a break/jump....I loved it..The Cocobolo was also a very nice piece...I sold it to a teammate and then wanted it back but they wouldn't sell it back to me...:frown:

I have this cue, It breaks very well....I just wish it had a linen wrap. You won't regret buying this at all!
