Who makes the new line of OB cues, they don't look like Joss
This has probably already been discussed but I missed it. Anyone
played with one.

We make them!

We started building our first line, the OB 2012 line last year. Everything is done right here in our little factory in Plano, TX.

Now the 2013 line is just starting to get off the ground, and the orders are stacking up. We've anticipated the high demand, and are well on our way of doubling our space. It is taking a little longer than we had expected, but when your dealing with city hall, you just never know.

Take a look at our website and learn a little more about our "Infinity" inlays. They're really sharp!

Blanks too ?? Just curious. I don't care either way, I have an OB sneaky, but I thought it was a Schmelke blank... you guys making them too ??

You are correct about the sneaky's.

We do use a blank for them.

Right now, we just don't have the space or the man power to build our own blanks. It's not that we can't, it's just that it's not economical right now. However, if our sales continue to climb they way they are right now, we may have to. I'm always more comfortable when I don't have to depend on a vendor for something we can build. Too many times I've had supply issues.
 
With the sharp inlay technique, will you guys be able to do sharp veneered points?? You would be the first to do sharp veneer inlays. Might be worth looking into!!!

Yes, we will be able to do sharp veneered points, and sharp veneered inlays.

Our 136 models are not only sharp points with veneers, but they are actually recuts on the veneers. No miters!

We are in production on them right now, and have been a little delayed due to a couple of snags, but they are just bumps in the road. The cues are looking fantastic!

I don't blame you for letting someone that knows how to make them, has the equipment and experience, and has a good reputation, just like you guys...I"m quite happy with my OB with the Schmelke blank.. the best of both worlds... You guys have a great product....and all your support for the pool community is just another feather in your cap :)

Sorry, don't mean to sound like a paid adverstisement, but they deserve to hear the kudos once in awhile !!!

Royce,

It would be nice if you did a short video explaining various cue design terms and whats nice about the new OB cues. I'm a fan of your shafts but have no clue was a miter is. You are proud of the craftsmanship of these new cues and a little education can help the rest of us appreciate it as well.

This cues are for sale and we have already starting shipping the 2013 Cues. However, like anything new, there is always an initial rush of orders from pool players and our dealers wanting to get the 'new stuff so' we have back orders. We know how many we can produce but if we get more orders than we can produce then we end up with a waiting list. As the coming weeks and months go buy, you will find more and more dealers receiving shipments of the new cues but they too can end up with waiting lists.

If you are looking for an OB-135 then I would suggest ordering one from your favorite dealer (and check with them if they already have them on order and when they expect to receive them) FYI, the OB-135 is my personal favorite too as I love a no wrap cue!

I can't wait too get my hands on one! I love my ob sneaky I'm sure the 135 is much nicer!
