A friend of mine has an '80s Runde Schon and is looking for a refinish. He said he would like to contact Bob to see if he could do it for him. Does anyone have contact info for Bob?

Maybe he could contact Evan Clarke at Schon Cues and have him refinish the cue.

If a Refinish Is Needed
If a re-wrap or re-finish is all that's needed, Evan Clarke at Schon can do just as good of a job as anyone, including Bob Runde. Keep in mind that the cue was admittedly built by Bob but it was nonetheless still manufactured at Schon. Evan doesn't hand mitre the points like Bob does but he is still a talented cue-maker. Those ivory joint cues Deanoc arranged for Evan to build using a Craig Petersen cue design turned out spectacular. So don't be concerned about Schon doing any refinish for you.
