Dull 10 ball

I bought a set of aramith premier balls at the ACS event in Vegas in may.
I just started using them this monday.After 2 days of casual play the 10 ball has lost
its shine.All the other are perfect.I tried polishing it with no luck.Is it possible aramith would sell me a replacement ball.How can I contact them to find out?
