Males/Female Pool Players (thread #3)

I don't know if men are superior to women or vice versa, but I do know this: The people who started the second Male/Female Pool Players thread are inferior to those who participated in the making of the first one. Just as women seek out their own league to escape the brutal competition of playing gender free, so do those who started Male/Females Pool Players #2 seek to branch away from the hard core truths of the original thread because they couldn't play with the big boys (and girls) of thread #1. Now I want my own forum as well. Even if no one responds, I feel superior knowing I have started my own thread on this subject - and I don't even care if it veers away from the original subject and into the darkest uncharted territory imaginable to man or woman or anything in between.

Which aiming system is best for a low-deflection shaft, CTE or TOI?

You never answered Golobushka's question- for males or females? It does make a difference. For males, you would want shaft aiming. For females, they prefer the PITH method.

;) Well played double entendre.

I was thinking CTE for women (need to pivot around the breasts) but yours is just more fun.

I will do just that, picking my spots and trying to not over do it. I don't play pool anymore, so I really have little to say on the subject, and frankly, talking about who can beat who or which cue or cloth is best is something I always found boring, even when I hung around poolrooms. My favorite room was a loony bin of place in Hollywood Cal called Penthouse Billiards. I loved it. I went to all the other Hollywood poolrooms too, but the Penthouse was my home room. It was seedy looking, but in reality in many ways was not as seedy as the less seedy looking joints like Ye Olde Billiard Den and Celebrity Billiards where there was some good pool played but were otherwise boring places when it came to conversation or other forms of entertaining insanity beyond the game itself. So I won't be hopping into too many threads, unless I feel that my presence there might be of some value. Laughs are always good. I did a little standup comedy for a while in L.A., just open mics, but during that time my pool game improved as well. I was a decent player but lacked the proper temperment. I was a glory hound who hated to lose. I was a good winner though.
