She might be out of your league, my man.

Not out of his but WAY out of yours.
My own opinion of course going by the accomplishments I see from both of you. Seems like a woman like that would prefer a champion.

this is such good news!

oh no-oooooo, honey. Team USA's fans are going to have our "game on!" @ The Mirage, this time! we've had TWO YEARS to plan our attack....
thats understood, but hopefully there will be no verbal references to wives or girlfriends of the players, as was the case last year...

lol, I think someone has a bit of a man-crush on CJ.
John...You guys are both my friends, but you're wrong in this case. Eric is already happily married to a lady who would certainly fill the bill in that picture...and she plays pool too!

Rodney Morris has been playing well for months now. He deserves a spot on the team.
Rodney Morris is the most marketable player in the modern era, so he will likely be on the Mosconi Cup's team. He's also got the best M.C. record, if my information is correct.
Rodney's the best money player on tough equipment playing the most challenging rules - most of the pros know this, but the general public seems to be ......![]()

I thought I'd seen somewhere that Earl had the best US M Cup record. I just googled it, but nothing apparent to me came up. Not to mention, Rodney at the 2011 Cup didn't bring his best IMO. With all due respect, sitting ringside when the match was in the balance late, I was disappointed - in his carefree quickstroke play, calling Darren outside, and his attitude. Not to say I don't have a ton of respect for him. At that point, in the moment, I was WTF'g.
Yes, he was having some personal issues, but who on earth hasn't? He still has the best record and now that he's back on track I would suggest cutting him some slack on the 2011 performance.
I've "been there and done that" and I don't know any top pro that hasn't had some performance issues at one time or another......we're only human and the Mosconi Cup will bring out even the most subtle flaws - mentally, physically AND emotionally. 'The Game is the Teacher'
I am not sure matchroom will want rodney, hatch and earl all together on this 20th anniversary of the MC...living on the edge....just saying

I'm in NYC for a few days. I went over to Steinway last night. Great pool room. Many great players are in town already for the 14.1 tourney. Bustie, archer, shaw, wang can, kiamco. They had a mini 9 ball tourney going on. Got to see strickland play live for the first time. I don't know who won the tourney, had to leave before it was over. Anybody know who won?
Also, when I congratulated earl on the Mosconi cup, he said he didn't know if he made the team yet.
i'm sorry - they don't want THE DRAMA...?
