just funny how the spinning wheel keeps on turning..... fighting Hatch, the lending of cues, horsefxxxing, tight pockets, and now TAR 36..

MD also insulted Fatboy's wife too. He has a right to be upset.
The long and short as I see it, Fatboy is upset that JA got piled on, and no one knew the real circumstances of why Johny sent those texts. We're all human and make mistakes. I can understand why both JA and Fatboy are upset. I can also see why Fatboy made this thread. To try to show why JA sent the texts he did.
My thoughts are, even though the text were more than likely warranted, Johnny needs to be above sending this kind of stuff. I see Johnny as the leader among the players. He seems to have taken the role on himself. If that's the case, as the leader, you have to watch out for everyone, even if you don't like him.
Let's all be honest about MD too, while were at it. Mike can be a real Dbag. He can make an ass of himself with the best of them. He pry deserved a bit of what he got. Who knows how much was warranted, maybe he deserved more. Eitherway, MD is far from innocent, I'm sure.
At the end of the day, this whole cluster ****, only hi-lights whats wrong with pro pool, and why it doesn't work right now. Why don't all the industry people stop slinging mud, take some notes, and don't let this shit happen anymore????????????????????

On a side note I have respect for all 3 of the people you listed on here...but have never met any of them. If I did I am sure we would have a good conversation about pool that would not include talking about someone who publishes an ignore list in their signature lol.

Difficult business to understand, this pool. All these unwritten rules and protocols, when you must apply them, and when you dont have to.
Good thing I'll never be good enough, or "in the loop" enough for it to matter to me.
Best time I ever had in pool was when I played on the leagues.
When I got my first taste of the professional tournament trail scene, I was so excited, full of enthusiasm. The first time I spoke to Ronnie Allen, I asked him why he wasn't happy about going to various events and hanging with pool peeps, and his retort to me was, "Jennie, when you've been beat up by pool as much as I have, it's hard to be excited." I was miffed by Ronnie's reply at the time. I didn't understand it at all, but I sure as heck understand it today.
Pool should be fun. The politics and alliegience in American pool is killing the professional play. Leagues are where it's at, always has been, and it looks like it always will be.
