I used this app years ago but had a stroke and would like to use it again to relearn what my brain lost. I lost the app that was on my ipad due to an upgrade to a new ipad. I am not find the download anywhere anymore. I think I got it years ago from the Apple store but it gone. Any suggestions?

Chat with Apple Store support. Could not find it anywhere anymore. Would need to find somewhere to download .IPA for this app.
Dan at carombooks.com says they is no way for me to get this app since I got a refund from Apple in 2021 due to some app bugs.
He shows the app on his iPad and in iTunes My Apps.
