I seem to remember a prototype of this lathe a year or so ago. It looks like they have refined it down to where they are comfortable selling it.
Is has some interesting innovations.
Has anyone seen one in action?

I went to website and read also. Really neat how headstock and tailstock are on dovetail however the carriage is not. It allows you to pivot the dovetail with a pin in one. Looks like it would allow straight tapers nicely, couldn't tell if it had taper bars underneath for carriage to follow for shaft tapers or not. Only thing I see that I don't think I would like it the handle for the carriage up by the headstock instead of on the carriage.

I don't see anything wrong with the pictures on my monitor either, he's probably trying to look at them on a 2005 blackberry screen! Haha
