Can anyone identify this signature?

Older conversion and I just can't make out the signature. Cue is rough. Found it at a pawn shop here in South Texas.







 
If so what kind of value would you put on a conversion that's in rough shape. The handle material isn't wood. I don't think and those rings on the handle aren't real rings.
 
around a 100 in our area....that is if it has one shaft and the cue is straight...

I was thinking about that range. Thanks.

Yeah I doubt its straight and I don't have a table. We'll see if ebay will take it for 60-70 bucks.
