Shipping a 6 spindle Brunswick centennial rack

I can a 6 spindle 72 cue Brunswick anniversary floor rack. It's in decent shape with some veneer work needed. What would be a range of what it's worth? How much would you guess shipping would be from michigan to the Bay Area? This thing is massive. Similar to the picture but with 6 spindles

I've got the double bar tell version of that rack that I scored on craigslist a while back. I like it a lot. Adds a great vintage appeal to my basement pool room. Check out the link to it below, some decent info about these. I did get some good advice about these racks - don't store any cue you value in them for long, as the spindles do not hold the cue perfectly straight and this promotes warping over time. I just keep some old house cues min them form decoration.

Barkingforaction, I know whose photos you posted. How much do they want for this now? I tried to buy it a year ago but Mark wanted north of $5k which is way too high. This new one on Craigslist would be a much better buy.

i ship furniture daily - ground & LTL. give me this info & i can ballpark it. and i'll give you a broker to handle for you.

you can't UPS GROUND it - won't make it in 1 piece. has to LTL. my guess w/out info is $140min @ <150lbs.

Yep, I would definitely have it crated up and palletized and shipped by truck. Just to be on the safe side. Crating may not be absolutely necessary if it's packed right, but better safe than sorry in my opinion. Just about any of the LTL carriers should be able to get you some freight quotes if you have the information the previous poster suggested. You can also request through many of them to deliver and / or pickup with a truck with a tommy lift on it to make loading easier. Will cost a bit more but again well worth it.
