What does a blue reputation mark mean?

I have been given a few green marks on some posts but I have a blue mark from a member...What does the blue mark mean?

It is kind of a gray-ish blue mark on my monitor, and it means the person is a newbie on this forum. Until they have a certain amount of posts, the reps they give will have that color. After they gain more experience, their reps will be either green or red, hopefully all green. :grin-square:

No I'm no longer in the Army...I was medically discharged early this year. Thank you for the support...I had planned on doing my 20+ and retiring but I got cut short by about 13 yrs LOL...
